QualifySites is a trading name of Linn Studio Ltd, registered in Scotland (company no. SC900632), Office 1769, 3 Fitzroy Place, 1/1, Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G3 7RH. We're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ZC234608). For anything about your data, email hello@qualifysites.com.
What we collect.
- Your Lead Leak Calculator answers, with the name, email and website you give us, if you ask us to email your breakdown. The calculator works out your number in your browser: your answers only reach us if you send them.
- What you send through the partner and booking forms.
- Your emails to us.
- If you agree to cookies, how you use this site and which ad or link brought you here.
Why we use it.
- To send your result, reply to you and arrange calls you ask for. We rely on taking steps you've asked for and on our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
- To send occasional emails, only if you ticked the box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand and improve this site and our ads, only if you accept those cookies.
Who helps us.
Cloudflare (hosting, security and our database), Resend (email), Notion (our list of enquiries), Cal.com (booking calls), Twilio (text alerts to our team), and, only if you accept cookies, Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft. Some of them are based in the US. Where your data leaves the UK, it's protected by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it.
Calculator and form details: 12 months, unless you become a client. Email preferences: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, restrict it, or take a copy. You can withdraw consent at any time. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
Changes.
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top.
