Heyflow vs QualifySites: the same idea, who does the work?

Heyflow tells a story very close to ours: the click is fine, what happens after it isn’t, and better signals make cheaper ads. The difference is who does the work. Here’s an honest look at where Heyflow is the stronger choice and where we are.

Who does the work

It depends on what you spend

Heyflow’s managed service is real, and generous. It starts where our clients usually stop. Here’s who builds and runs the funnel at each level of monthly ad spend.

Credit where it’s due

Where Heyflow is ahead of us

Heyflow is a serious product with a clear view of the market. Its funnels are mobile-friendly and fast, its builder has some forty blocks including calculators, payments and booking, and on the Scale plan you can add your own CSS, JavaScript and HTML. Reviewers on OMR and TrustRadius often say it gives them more design freedom than Typeform, and they praise how personal its support feels.

It also does things we don’t. For regulated lead generation in the US (insurance, solar, legal, finance) it has TrustedForm and Jornaya consent certificates, IP capture, carrier-level phone validation and one-time codes by text. If your business lives or dies on proving consent, that matters more than anything else on this page.

And at high volume it’s cheap. Extra responses cost around 20 cents each, and its data is hosted in Europe on Google Cloud, which helps EU businesses with GDPR.

What reviewers push back on

Price is the most common complaint on OMR, mostly because the features performance marketers want (A/B testing, the Meta Conversions API, custom code) sit in the top plan or in paid bundles. Others mention complex logic taking a long time to set up, a builder that can be slow to save and publish, and spam submissions after launch.

The finish line

A submission isn’t a sale

Heyflow and we agree on the big idea: Meta and Google optimise for whatever you report, so report something better than a page view. Heyflow’s answer is to send events from the funnel itself, server to server, including to Meta on the Scale plan.

That’s a real improvement on a browser pixel. But the most useful moments for an ad platform happen after the funnel: when your team marks an enquiry as qualified, when a call is booked, when a deposit is paid. Those happen in your CRM days later. To use them, each lead has to keep the click ID it came in with, and someone has to send the outcome back, matched to that click.

We couldn’t find that CRM-stage feedback documented on Heyflow’s pricing page, so treat it as something you’d set up yourself or with a partner. With us it’s part of every plan, for Meta and Google, and it’s a big reason a journey keeps getting cheaper to run after launch.

Which one fits

Real businesses, honest picks

  • An insurance lead-gen company buying traffic at volume in the US

    Our pick Heyflow

Consent certificates, phone validation and cheap per-response overage are exactly what that business needs. Heyflow is built for it; we aren’t.

  • A growth team with a CRO specialist and a developer

    Our pick Heyflow

With people to design, code, test and read results, Heyflow Scale gives you a lot of control for a few hundred euros a month.

  • A villa rental company spending $8k a month on Meta and Google

    Our pick QualifySites

Too small for Heyflow’s managed offer, too busy to build and test it themselves. One booking pays for months of our fee.

  • A wedding venue with a two-person sales team

    Our pick QualifySites

They need to know which enquiries have a real date and budget before they call, and they don’t have a marketer to run a funnel tool.

  • A DTC brand spending $150k a month

    Our pick Heyflow

At that spend Heyflow’s own team will build and optimise for you, and its e-commerce plan fits product quizzes better than our service does.

  • A clinic that hasn’t settled on its treatments or prices yet

    Our pick Neither, yet

Settle the offer first. Any funnel, built by anyone, works best once you know what you’re selling and to whom.

Questions

Heyflow vs QualifySites: what people ask

What is Heyflow?

Heyflow is a Hamburg-based, no-code builder for interactive funnels, multi-step forms and quiz funnels, aimed at performance marketers running paid ads. It was founded in 2020 under the name Niro and renamed in 2021. It’s backed by venture capital, including a $16M Series A in 2024.

How much does Heyflow cost?

On 23 October 2026 its pricing page showed Starter at €29 a month (€19 billed yearly) with 50 responses, Growth at €129 (€89) with 250, Scale at €299 (€239) with 1,000, and Enterprise from €1,100, all excluding VAT. Extra responses cost €0.18–0.20 each. A/B testing and the Meta Conversions API are on Scale.

Does Heyflow build funnels for you?

Heyflow’s homepage now offers a done-for-you service run by its own conversion team, with the first four weeks managed free, for brands spending $100,000 or more a month on ads. Below that, it offers to match you with a partner agency, which you pay directly.

What’s the difference between Heyflow and Perspective?

Both are German, self-serve funnel builders for paid traffic. Perspective leans into speed, app-like mobile funnels and a built-in CRM with messaging. Heyflow leans into design control, custom code, compliance tools and per-response pricing. We’ve compared each of them with us separately.

Can you A/B test in Heyflow?

Yes, with custom traffic splits and statistical significance, on the Scale plan. You decide what to test and when to call a winner. With us, the first test is your new journey against your current page, and then there’s a new test every month.

Is QualifySites worth more than Heyflow?

Only if you’d otherwise be paying people to plan, write, design, track and test a Heyflow funnel, or doing it yourself instead of selling. If you have that team already, Heyflow is the better deal. If you don’t, our price covers all of it, and if we haven’t beaten your current page by 30% within 30 days you get your money back.

How we compared

We’re QualifySites, so we’re not neutral, and you should read this page knowing that. Everything we say about Heyflow comes from its own public pricing, product and help pages, checked on 23 October 2026, and from themes that come up again and again in public reviews. Prices change, so check theirs before you decide. If anything here is wrong or out of date, email hello@qualifysites.com and we’ll fix it.
