involve.me vs QualifySites: who’s still improving it in month four?
involve.me goes after the same businesses we do, and its AI agent can have a funnel drafted before lunch. So this comparison isn’t really about features. It’s about who does the work, and what that work costs you over a year.
The same job, two ways
What the first four months look like
Both routes end with a scored quiz on your site. The difference is who carries each step, and whether the last one ever happens.
On involve.me, built by your team
- Day 1
A draft in minutes
The AI agent builds a funnel from a prompt: steps, fields, logic, copy and design. Honestly impressive.
You, with the AI
- Week 1
Make it yours
Rewrite the questions in your customers’ words, decide the scoring thresholds, swap in your photos, check it on a phone.
Whoever owns marketing
- Week 2
Connect it
CRM on Grow or above, pixels through Google Tag Manager. Server-side conversions mean webhooks on Scale and someone to build the rest.
You, or a freelancer
- Month 2
Test something
A/B testing comes with Scale. Someone has to choose what to test, wait for enough traffic and read the result.
You
- Month 4
Still improving?
This is where most in-house funnels stall. Not because the tool fails, but because the person running it has a day job.
Hopefully, you

Where it wins
What involve.me does better than us
It would be odd to pretend otherwise: involve.me is a strong product, and on several counts it gives you more than we do.
Email lives inside it. Multi-step sequences, triggered by a person’s answers, score or outcome, come with every paid plan. With most quiz tools you need a separate email platform for that.
It can take money. Stripe, PayPal and Square payments work inside the funnel, one-off or subscription. If your offer can be bought on the spot, that’s useful. Ours isn’t built for checkout.
It scales sideways. Scale gives you 25 live funnels: one per campaign, language or product. Ours are built one journey at a time.
It’s European. The company is in Vienna and its privacy policy says data is mainly stored in Germany. For some clinics and advisers, that settles it.
Reviewers on G2, Capterra and Trustpilot back up the basics too: the builder is easy for non-developers and support is responsive. The recurring complaints are about price for small businesses, an editor that can be buggy, and templates that need a lot of work before they fit.

Cost over a year
The subscription is the small part
Software looks cheap next to a service until you count the hours. Here is a first year three ways, with the assumptions underneath so you can redo the sums with your own numbers.
What these numbers assume
- involve.me at its published annual prices: Grow $69 and Scale $139 a month. Monthly billing costs more.
- Your team’s time at $50 an hour. Change it to your own rate; the shape of the chart barely moves.
- 40 hours to plan, write, score, brand and connect the first funnel, even with the AI agent drafting it, then 4 hours a month to check results, run tests and make changes.
- A one-off $1,000 for a freelancer to send conversions server-side through webhooks. We found no built-in feature for this on involve.me’s pricing or integrations pages.
- 6 hours of your time with us: the kick-off call with your sales team, sending photos and brand files, and reviewing the build.
- QualifySites Starter is for ad spend of $3k to under $10k a month. Larger budgets move to a bigger plan.
- None of this counts your ad spend, which is the same either way.
The honest catch
The tool is rarely what fails
Most quiz funnels don’t die because the software lets them down. They die quietly, around month three or four, when the person who built it gets pulled onto something else. The questions never get rewritten. The test that was going to happen next month doesn’t. The pixel keeps reporting form fills to Meta, and Meta keeps finding people who like filling in forms.
If you have someone whose job includes that work, involve.me is a very good place for them to do it, and you should probably pick it. If you don’t, a cheaper tool doesn’t save money. It just moves the cost to a task nobody gets round to.
That’s the gap we fill. We plan it with your sales team, build it, send real outcomes back to Meta and Google, and run a new test every month with a short update on what changed.
