ScoreApp alternative

ScoreApp vs QualifySites: a score, or a reason to buy?

ScoreApp made the scorecard a lead magnet thousands of experts swear by. We build something different: a journey that helps a visitor choose what to buy, built and tested for the traffic you pay for. Here’s how they compare, and who should pick which.

The difference in one picture

Same visitor. Two different endings.

Someone clicks your ad for a wellness retreat and answers a few questions. Here’s roughly where each kind of tool leaves them.

They know what to buy and what to do next. Your team knows their budget and dates.

Neither ending is wrong. A score is a great opener when you sell advice. When you sell a trip, a treatment or a project, the visitor came to choose, and a recommendation is what moves them to enquire.

Where ScoreApp shines

What it does better than most

ScoreApp is built on Daniel Priestley’s scorecard marketing idea: ask people a set of questions about where they are, give them a score and a personalised report, and use what they told you to start a better sales conversation. For consultants, coaches and authors with an audience, that’s a proven way to turn attention into leads, and ScoreApp has wrapped it in a polished product.

Describe your business and its AI drafts the questions, the scoring, the results pages and a landing page in minutes. From the Business plan, each person can get a dynamic PDF report, people who drop out get an abandon email, and you can segment results by audience. You can remove the ScoreApp logo on every plan, free included, which is unusually generous.

It’s also stronger on ad tracking than a lot of quiz tools: the Meta pixel and Conversions API come with the Business plan, and split testing comes with Pro. And the reviews are warm. On Trustpilot, the most common theme by far is praise for its support team, along with its training programme and community.

The complaints worth knowing

The recurring ones are a learning curve in the editor, occasional bugs and slowness, and the features that matter most for paid traffic sitting on higher plans. A few unhappy reviewers say their scorecard brought in no leads at all. That isn’t really a fault of the software: a scorecard turns traffic into leads, it doesn’t create the traffic, and it’s only as good as the questions and the offer behind it.

Different jobs

Built for experts. We’re built for ad spend.

ScoreApp names coaches, consultants, agencies, creators and service businesses as its audience, and its showcase is full of speakers and authors. Much of their traffic is their own: podcast listeners, newsletter readers, people at a talk. For that traffic a scorecard is ideal. People already trust the expert, and a score gives them a reason to raise their hand.

Our clients are in a different position. A retreat centre, a yacht charter or a kitchen studio is paying Meta and Google for every visitor, most of whom have never heard of them. Those visitors don’t want to be assessed. They want help choosing, and an honest idea of price and fit before they talk to anyone.

That changes what the journey has to do. It has to recommend, not just rate. It has to tell your team who’s serious before anyone picks up the phone. And it has to tell the ad platforms which clicks turned into real enquiries, so the next thousand clicks are better than the last. That last part, sending qualified leads and sales back to both Meta and Google, is where most of our work goes, and it’s the part a self-serve tool leaves to you.

How to try us without losing anything

You don’t have to choose one or the other. Many experts keep a scorecard for their own audience and want something different for cold ad traffic. If that’s you, here’s how we’d go about it.

  1. Export what you’ve learned. Your questions, your score bands and your response data. Which answers came from people who went on to buy is the most useful thing you own.
  2. Keep the scorecard where it works. If it brings in podcast listeners or newsletter readers, leave it running. Nothing about our build needs it switched off.
  3. Point paid traffic at the new journey. We split your ad traffic between it and your current page, so you see the difference on the same spend before deciding anything.
  4. Judge it on booked calls, not completions. We agree what counts as a qualified enquiry before launch, and that’s the number the guarantee is measured on.

If your offer is coaching or consulting and your traffic is mostly organic, you may well be better off staying with ScoreApp. We’ll tell you that on the call.

Questions

ScoreApp vs QualifySites: what people ask

What is ScoreApp?

ScoreApp is a self-serve tool for building scorecards, quizzes and assessments, each with its own landing page. Visitors answer questions, get a score and a personalised result or PDF report, and you get the lead. It was co-founded by Daniel Priestley, whose scorecard marketing method it’s built around, and Steven Oddy.

How much does ScoreApp cost?

On 23 October 2026 its pricing page showed Starter at $39 a month ($30 billed yearly), Business at $99 ($75), Pro at $149 ($112) and Enterprise from $799. There’s also a free plan with one scorecard and 10 responses a month. The Meta pixel, Conversions API and custom domain start on Business; split testing starts on Pro.

Is ScoreApp good for high-ticket businesses?

It can be, especially for consultants and coaches selling expertise, where a score and a report are a natural way to start a conversation. For businesses selling an experience or a project, such as a retreat, a villa week or a new kitchen, buyers usually want a recommendation or a price rather than a score, which is the journey we build.

What’s the best ScoreApp alternative for paid ads?

If you want to build it yourself, look at how each tool sends results back to Meta and Google, and whether it can run a split test. If you’d rather it was built, tracked and tested for you, that’s what QualifySites does, priced by your ad spend and backed by a 30-day guarantee.

Does ScoreApp build the scorecard for you?

ScoreApp’s AI drafts one from a description of your business, and you edit it. ScoreApp itself doesn’t sell a managed build service; it lists partner agencies in an expert directory, and freelancers sell ScoreApp builds on marketplaces.

Can I move my ScoreApp quiz to QualifySites?

We don’t import it directly, because we design each journey from scratch with your sales team. Your questions, score bands and response data are very useful input, though, so bring them to the first call.

How we compared

We’re QualifySites, so we’re not neutral, and you should read this page knowing that. Everything we say about ScoreApp comes from its own public pricing, product and help pages, checked on 23 October 2026, and from themes that come up again and again in public reviews. Prices change, so check theirs before you decide. If anything here is wrong or out of date, email hello@qualifysites.com and we’ll fix it.
